The subway dispatching and commanding work has a long time and heavy task in a single shift, especially in the morning and evening passenger flow peak hours and under the abnormal driving condition,it needs to keep attention and high vigilance for a long time,so this inevitably appear some negative problems such as fatigue, psychological stress and anxiety, they faced with the severe mental fatigue during the operation.Mental fatigue will affect the perception,understanding,judgment,decision-making,operational ability and emotional experience during the task period, and then reduce individual alertness and cognitive performance and induce negative mood, which lead to poor command judgment and decision-making,and cause safety accidents in serious cases. Most of the existing fatigue intervention methods require physical or psychological efforts, which can easily distract the attention of the dispatchers, and may even interrupt the task thereby causing safety accidents. Moreover, the effectiveness of the intervention often depends on many other factors. Therefore, this thesis aims to explore a dynamic lighting fatigue intervention method that can release pressure and relieve fatigue without interfering with the task execution and does not require much more effort. The main work of this thesis is as follows:(1)On the basis of investigation and review of relevant literature at home and abroad, the effects of mental fatigue on alertness, cognitive performance and mood of subway dispatchers, besides the non-visual biological effect of dynamic lighting are analyzed, and the relationship between the dynamic lighting and mental fatigue is established,so the feasibility of dynamic lighting mental fatigue intervention method is verified at the theoretical level.(2)Based on the research of the existing lighting environment of the metro dispatching hall and dynamic lighting dose,a dynamic spectral distribution of energy conversion lighting scheme with the effect of photobiological stimulation is designed. The effectiveness of the lighting scheme to stimulate the response of human biological channels is verified through experiments, which provides a technical basis for the interior lighting design of rail transit based on "human-centric lighting".(3)According to the characteristics of scheduling work and mental fatigue of subway dispatchers,AX-CPT mental fatigue induce task,PVT alertness task,N-back working memory task and MATB-â…ˇ executive control task are designed, and the validity of these tasks on the expression of fatigue induced and cognitive ability was verified by experiments.(4)In order to verify the feasibility of dynamic lighting mental fatigue intervention method in the practical application, the validation and exploratory experiments about the effect of dynamic lighting on alertness, cognitive performance and mood, respectively implemented the dynamic lighting intervention for different mental state population in different times. The change rule of alertness, cognitive performance and mood are analyzed and the effect of dynamic lighting fatigue intervention in different time periods was verified.(5)Based on the classification calculation and summary of human physiological, psychological and behavioral data collected in the experiment, the repeated measurement analysis of variance was used to compare the three kinds of data under different conditions, and the dynamic light perception and response sensitivity of each biological channel of human body were analyzed. At the same time, based on behavioral performance and EEG indicators, the interaction between lighting environment and task difficulty level on individual cognitive ability is analyzed, which provides theoretical support for the design of indoor lighting environment based on specific time point and specific task type to implement dynamic lighting fatigue intervention.
