Under the background of energy transformation,the development of hydrogen energy has become the consensus of developed countries,and hydrogen is the clean energy that can be developed on a large scale in the future and is closely integrated with CNPC’s business.However,The hydrogen users have to choose economical and feasible supply ways that have different technological maturity and adaptive applications.As such,by combining CNPC’s hydrogen energy business with its support for the energy construction of Xiongan New Area,the paper studies and puts forward the optimal plans for CNPC to supply hydrogen to Xiongan New Area in the near-term(2020~2025),medium-term(2025~2030)and forward(2030~2035)under the baseline scenario and carbon trading scenario.Based on the research of the development plan of Xiongan New Area and the current situation of hydrogen energy industry,the hydrogen energy demands of Xiongan New Area in the three periods are obtained by the method of industry forecast.7 hydrogen supply companies confirmed by the methods of literature and investigation are Huabei Petrochemical,Dagang Petrochemical,Guyuan Wind Power,Haiwei Petrochemical,Bohua Petrochemical,Sanyou Chemical and Xuyang Coking,and then the hydrogen price and annual supply capacity of seven companies are figured out in three periods under two scenario.Then,four hydrogen storage and transportation ways,compressed hydrogen storage and transportation(CH),liquefied hydrogen storage and transportation(LH),pipes hydrogen storage and transportation(PH),liquid organic hydrogen carriers storage and transportation(LOHC),are done economic and technical analysis by the static analysis method of cost calculation in the near – term,medium-term and forward,and then the cost and annual transportation capacity of four hydrogen storage and transportation ways are worked out in the three periods.Finally,the linear programming mathematics model is set up to realize the target of minimizing the total cost for hydrogen supply,meeting the annual hydrogen energy demand of Xiongan New Area,the annual hydrogen supply capacity of each companies and annual transportation capacity of four hydrogen storage and transportation ways,and then software is developed by C# Computer Language and Visio Studio 2015 Editors.By inputing the basic data,the optimal plan with the supply quantities and storage and transportation ways in three periods under two scenario is obtained.In addition,in the near – term under carbon trading scenario,sensitivity analysis of six uncertain influencing factors are carried out,and the sensitivity degree to the total cost of hydrogen supply is obtained as follows: Hydrogen price > Energy consumption of releasing hydrogen > Investment of compression equipment > Investment of pipeline construction > Carbon trading price > Energy consumption of liquefied.This paper provides a scheme reference for CNPC to supply hydrogen energy to Xiongan New Area,which has practical engineering significance.
