Abstract/Summary:
With the continuous increase of car ownership in China,how to reduce the development time and cost of new models so that they can better adapt to the flexible market has become the focus of the OEM.As the frontier of innovative design,the development cycle of automotive electronic and electrical architecture is relatively long,usually 3-5 years.With the application of a series of new technologies,such as Intelligent Network Connection and Unmanned Driver,the workload of the development of electronic and electrical architecture will be further increased in the foreseeable period.By analyzing the development process of automotive electronic and electrical architecture and the application of PREEvision software,this paper introduces the design method of automotive electronic and electrical architecture based on model,completes a series of secondary program development on the basis of software,makes the design of electronic and electrical architecture platform,and verifies the development program.This paper focuses on reducing the workload of personnel and improving the efficiency of development through automated procedures.The work is carried out from the following aspects:(1)The whole process of functional architecture development,the network architecture development and physical architecture development in automotive electronic and electrical architecture is elaborated.The development process and key technologies such as bus communication,wire harness design and fuse matching are systematically studied,including the proposition of functional requirements,the analysis of standard car type,function allocation,bus communication development,power mode definition of parts and components,and the development process and key technologies such as bus communication and wire harness design.(2)Depending on the electronic and electrical architecture project of the Dongfeng Commercial Vehicle,the demand layer,logic layer,hardware layer and topology layer models are established in the software,and the harness routing is carried out,and the preliminary model of the electronic and electrical architecture of the vehicle is obtained.(3)For network load rate calculation,lead solder joint distribution,fuse and wire matching and the evaluation of the wiring harness,etc.The design process,in accordance with the design principle,combining PREEvision software structure to establish the fuses library,wire types library,and work for secondary development to realize the automation.(4)Taking the electronic and electrical structure model of the Dongfeng commercial vehicle as an example,the secondary development program is calculated and verified one by one.The correctness and validity of the program are proved by comparing the output results with the design results.The content of this paper provides a more efficient and accurate solution for the design of automotive electronic and electrical architecture of OEM in the future,which has a certain engineering practical significance.
