The airport hub is the key node connecting the air traffic and the land traffic.As an important part of the land traffic system of the airport hub,the taxi traffic departure system plays an important role in evacuating the arriving passengers and promoting the transfer efficiency of the hub.In recent years,the steady development of air transport services in China has brought about a rapid increase in the number of passenger trips,which constantly puts forward higher requirements for the traffic configuration of the land-side traffic system at the airport hub.However,at present,most of China’s airport hub taxi departure traffic system generally has problems such as unreasonable traffic configuration,low service level and high operating cost.Therefore,from the perspective of optimizing passenger transfer level of airport hub and improving operating efficiency of taxi departure traffic system,this paper studies the problem of traffic allocation optimization of taxi departure traffic system of airport hub.Research into the theoretical modeling and microscopic simulation of two parts,part modeling in theory,this paper established airport hub area taxi passenger departure optimization model and taxi scheduling model,in the taxi area passenger departure optimization model for optimal departure scheme for solving the passengers,taxi scheduling model under the optimal departure scheme used for solving the passenger taxi scheduling policy;In the micro simulation part,a simulation model of passenger departure process in the taxi boarding area of the airport hub was established to simulate the implementation effect of the passenger departure scheme in the theoretical model,and the feasibility of the theoretical model was verified by using the output data of the simulation model.The main work of this article includes the following 4 parts:(1)Based on the data of passenger flow and taxi operation at Beijing Capital Airport,this paper analyzes the rules of passenger arrival,taxi arrival and the problems existing in the matching of taxi transport capacity.Combined with the field investigation of Beijing Capital Airport,it concludes that the taxi departure transport system of Beijing Capital Airport has low service level and insufficient transport capacity resources.(2)Aiming at the problem of low service level in the taxi departure transportation system of Beijing Capital Airport,an optimization model of passenger departure process in the taxi pick-up area of the airport hub was established,and the optimal departure scheme satisfying passenger travel demand was obtained by using genetic algorithm.Aiming at the problem of insufficient taxi transport resources,a taxi dispatching model of airport hub was established to solve the taxi dispatching scheme under the optimal passenger departure scheme.(3)The simulation model of passengers’ departure process in taxi pick-up area of airport hub is established,and the implementation method describing the specific microbehaviors and actions of passengers and taxis is written based on Java language.(4)Taking Terminal 3 of Capital Airport as the object of empirical analysis,the taxi departure traffic system is optimized to verify the feasibility of the model established in this paper.There are 40 pictures,21 tables and 50 references.
