| Recent years,the strength and international influence of China’s construction enterprises have been significantly enhanced.It has a package of service capabilities covering the whole process of construction.However,the weak of resource integration,the loose industrial chain and the poor cooperation of node enterprises seriously hindered its development.Meanwhile,the "one belt,one road" brings more demand for the integrated services.Therefore,promoting industrial chain collaboration is the need to reshape the international competitive advantage and realize the internationalization strategy.Only by improving the service ability of the whole industry chain can we enhance the international competitive advantage and build a world-class enterprise.At present,this idea is still at the strategic level,the key influencing factors need to be explored in the academic field.Therefore,the core task of this paper is to identify the key elements of industrial chain collaboration and clarify its deep-seated relationship.In this paper,the large-scale construction enterprises in China are taken as the research object,and the industrial chain coordination and international competitive advantage are taken as the core issues.First of all,Synergy theory,relationship theory,industrial value chain theory and international competitive advantage theory are systematically reviewed.Then,the industrial chain collaboration model is constructed from the dimensions of value chain reconstruction and inter enterprise collaboration,as well as the relationship model between industrial chain collaboration and international competitive advantage.The concept and influence of the variables in the theoretical model are explained.Based on the relevant literature,this paper designs a questionnaire with 7 variables and 43 items.Through the empirical test of the model,the conclusion is as follows: 1)Industrial chain collaboration is a comprehensive concept,the key elements include value chain optimization,relationship building,strategic collaboration,resource collaboration,information collaboration and organizational collaboration.2)The realization of industrial chain collaboration has a significant positive effect on the promotion of international competitive advantage.3)The effect of industrial chain coordination on international competitive advantage includes direct path relationship and indirect path relationship.A total of 13 critical paths were identified.The most significant factors are strategic synergy,relationship building and value chain optimization,and the most significant paths are relationship building → international competitive advantage,strategic synergy → international competitive advantage,resource synergy → international competitive advantage.On the one hand,the research results enrich the research system of industrial chain collaboration and the theory of international engineering management.On the other hand,it can help construction enterprises make the most of their strengths and improve their ability to control the industrial chain. |
