Research On Production Decision Scheme Of PPE Back-sheet In Sunshine Company

Nowadays solar photovoltaic industry is one of the most popular industries in the world.As a source of green renewable energy,solar energy has the characteristics of zero emissions,no pollution and inexhaustible.Affected by the serious environmental pollution,global warming and the rising prices of energy,solar photovoltaic is becoming more and more popular.After couple years of developing,China has become a veritable large country of photovoltaic manufacturing for its total amount of photovoltaic installation and solar photovoltaic equipment manufacturing.Sunshine Solar Technology Co.,Ltd.is a company specializing in solar module components back-sheet material production and supply,which now decides to build new plants,cooperates with outsourcing 3rd party supplier from a strategy to increase production capacity and supply capability,to achieves the goal of market share promotion.However,both the original production mode and supply channel will be fundamentally changed due to production bases increasing.How to allocate production capacity for different production bases to ensure maximize profits and satisfy all customers' requirements,are the top urgent problems to Sunshine company.According to the above backgrounds,this paper analyzes Sunshine company production places,customer locations and sale performance based on decision-making theory,optimization theory and mathematical modeling methods,and provides a reference basis for production decision-making.First,through the study of Sunshine's existing production and supply situation to find the problems,and establishes the decision-making on the allocation of capacity based on profit maximization.Secondly,according to the decision target,finds the relationship between manufacturing output and decision target,and establishes the corresponding production decision model.Third,based on the actual growth situation of Sunshine's business and the production decision model,assuming the corresponding constraints and the company's future business development trends.Finally,using numerical solution software to solve the production decision-making model for final production decision scheme making.The paper uses optimization modeling and MATLAB numerical solution to obtain the optimal production plan of PPE back-sheet of Sunshine company in the next 5 years under the assumptions of high and low product demand.The conclusion shows that the production decision-making scheme is necessary for the development of the enterprise,and the optimal production decision-making scheme plays a more major role in the development of the enterprise.The main value of this paper is not only provides a reference for the optimal production plan for the next 5 years for Sunshine company,but also convenient for the company to make short-term production plan decisions according to its own situation,meanwhile,to provide the company design idea of optimal production decision scheme,whatever short-term or long-term production decision-making.
