| The rapid development of Internet technology has had a great impact on the field of simulation.The simulation support platform for trainees during the operation of thermal power units has also withstood the test brought by the development of Internet technology.The deployment mode of traditional power plant simulators is no longer suitable for the current high efficiency requirements in the simulation field.It is urgent to use Internet technology to change the deployment mode and model management mode of traditional simulation support platforms to achieve the function of multiple models.Aiming at the problems of low training efficiency,insufficient resource utilization and high investment and maintenance costs of traditional simulation support platforms,a multi-model incentive simulation support platform based on C/S architecture is designed and implemented in this paper.The main tasks include:Firstly,the overall analysis and requirements analysis of the multi-model simulation support platform are carried out.The overall architecture,software architecture,network architecture and memory database of the platform are designed.The software environment and hardware deployment methods of the platform are introduced and a brief comparison with the traditional "one machine multi-mode" hardware deployment method is carried out.Secondly,in order to adapt to the current hardware deployment mode of the simulation support platform and solve the communication problem of the current platform,a data communication system for multi-model simulation support platform and DCS communication is designed.The data interaction method of the system is introduced,the specific program design scheme is given,the application of multi-thread technology in communication system is introduced and the detailed functions of the system are summarized.Thirdly,in order to realize the functions of multi-task scheduling and control of different groups of models,the client software is analyzed and designed.The client software architecture design,interface design and message structure design scheme are given.The functions of multi-model incentive simulation support platform cli ent are explained in detail.Each functional module is described in the form of flowchart,use case diagram and timing diagram.Finally,the multi-model simulation support platform is achieved.The multi-model incentive simulation support platform based on C/S architecture can be applied to simulation teaching or on-site training,which is beneficial to improve training efficiency and save operation and maintenance costs. |
