| User experience design based on behavior change theory-Taking relieving chronic shoulder and neck strain as an example,with the rapid development of society,people’s pace of work and life is also running fast.At the same time,a series of problems such as sub-health also appear,and all kinds of diseases show a trend of low age onset,especially the "death from overwork" problem seriously invades urban office workers "White collar sub-health rate remains high" and so on,all kinds of data give rise to crisis.In contrast,the data show that the source of these physical crises is the cervical spine problem.In people’s daily work and life under the fast pace,improper sleeping posture,improper working posture,long-time use of mobile phones,and failure to take the correct way to alleviate the strain will lead to chronic shoulder and neck strain.In order to solve the above problems,this study tries to find out the personal predisposing factors of low age cervical spondylosis through the daily behavior and personal habits of users.Relying on the knowledge of behavior change theory,the user experience oriented design is carried out to make the user experience friendly and efficient in the process of alleviating chronic shoulder and neck strain,So as to improve the frequency of relieving chronic shoulder and neck strain,improve the living habits of inducing shoulder and neck strain,and enhance the happiness of healthy work and life.In this study,through the analysis of various causes of chronic strain,literature research,expert advice,user research,competitive product analysis,tows analysis,the research on improving shoulder and neck strain based on behavior change theory will be carried out;In the stage of version planning,starting from the design of functional architecture diagram,improve the business flow chart and system use cases,so as to output the design of interaction interface.In the design of function deconstruction,improve the design of function flow chart,function event table and interaction action splitting.In the release function execution page,through real-time human-computer interaction,the user’s release data can be collected,analyzed and fed back.In the long run,users can gradually relieve chronic shoulder and neck strain and stay away from sub-health under scientific guidance. |
