| With the development of China’s economy and the acceleration of urbanization,the problem of urban traffic congestion has become increasingly serious.Due to the advantages of large traffic volume,high operation safety and fast running speed,the subway,as an important way to relieve the pressure of urban traffic in China,has been rapidly developed.In major cities in China,subway construction has blossomed everywhere.However,due to the complex construction environment of underground projects,which is greatly affected by geology and hydrology,underground pipelines,underground structures,etc.,there are many uncertain factors and potential risks.In recent years,with the large-scale construction of subway projects,risk accidents have occurred frequently.Therefore,how to improve the risk management level of shield construction of subway engineering and reduce the risk accidents in the process of subway construction has become an urgent problem that needs to be studied and solved.we take the subway engineering shield method construction risk management as the research object,according to the ideas of raising questions,analyzing the problems,and solving the problems,combined with the current situation of the subway engineering shield method construction risk management,the problems existing in each stage of the risk management were put forward in this thesis.We analyzed the reasons for the problems in terms of the awareness and quality of the participants,the management system and organization,and the management and control measures and methods.Through the experience summary method,the advanced risk management experience of domestic and foreign excellent construction enterprises is summarized,and the risk management in the information construction,system construction,culture and talent team construction and other aspects of the relevant enlightenment.Based on the enterprise level and project level,we put forward strategies to improve risk management,construct a comprehensive risk management system at the enterprise level and project level,and realize the comprehensive risk management at the enterprise level by formulating sound risk management rules and regulations,applying advanced management means,and building a qualified talent team.Through the whole process,comprehensive management of construction risks during the project implementation,the overall risk management at the project level is realized.Finally,through the joint action of the two levels,the overall risk management for the shield construction of subway engineering is realized.we aim to provide reference for the risk management of construction enterprises through the comprehensive and systematic research on the risk management of shield construction in subway engineering in this thesis. |
