| With the development of the domestic economy and the improvement of people’s living standards,domestic cold-chain logistics continues to develop,and the demand for refrigerated trucks for cold-chain distribution equipment continues to grow.Then there are many refrigerated truck modification companies of different sizes,and the production and sales of refrigerated trucks are generally Increase the level of revenue through two means of increasing sales prices and controlling costs.However,in recent years,due to the continuous increase of refrigerated truck companies,the companies have achieved sales and occupied market share,and the competition has intensified,which has led to a decrease in the industry’s gross profit margin.Therefore,it is no longer feasible to increase revenue only by increasing the sales price and controlling the internal cost of the enterprise.How to adopt more effective and feasible methods to increase the revenue level of refrigerated vehicle modification enterprises has become an important issue that many special-purpose vehicle companies need to consider.Based on the analysis of the domestic and foreign research status that affects the income of refrigerated truck refitting companies,this paper briefly describes the main factors affecting the sales of refrigerated truck refitting companies,and proposes the analysis and assumptions on the relevant factors of J enterprise’s refrigerated truck sales business income in the marketing channel.Based on the hypotheses studied in this article,prepare variables and data and construct an empirical research model,analyze the influencing factors of the sales benefit of refrigerated trucks in the marketing channel of J enterprise,and finally get the regression model.Taking the data of J enterprise’s direct sales and agency sales of refrigerated trucks from January to November 2020 as an example,the Pearson correlation coefficient method and regression analysis are used to verify J enterprise’s direct sales channels through SPSS analysis tools.The correlation between the influencing factors and profit in the sales channel model of agents and the verification of the model’s validity,and a management analysis.The results show that J enterprise should effectively increase sales revenue through the following methods:(1)Increasing the marketing capacity building of direct sales channels and increasing the sales volume of direct sales channels,which account for a relatively small shortcoming,can effectively increase the enterprise’s overall profit.(2)The enterprise should continue to improve product quality,improve product quality,and effectively reduce the three-guarantee claims for after-sales service,which has a significant effect on improving sales revenue.(3)Reducing vehicle costs,lowering procurement costs,and increasing value-added products are also a way to increase the sales price of refrigerated trucks,thereby effectively increasing sales profits.(4)Maintaining a good customer relationship,the budget of commissions and entertainment expenses can maintain a certain increase,which can bring growth to the sales profit of refrigerated trucks.The above conclusions can also provide some valuable references for special vehicle manufacturersFigure 15 Table 35 References 36... |
