Research On Evaluation And Optimization Of Supply Chain Reliability

Reliability is a basic attribute of supply chain,and also the basis of supply chain operation.Reliability is a common objective phenomenon accompanied by uncertainty.Under the influence of these uncertain factors,reliability has become the key factor to ensure the normal operation of supply chain.With the emergence of supply chain reliability,supply chain reliability has become an important aspect of measuring supply chain operation performance.It is of great significance to evaluate and optimize the reliability of the whole supply chain and its enterprises.This paper is based on the existing research results of reliability evaluation and optimization of supply chain.First,by studying the evaluation index system of node enterprises,based on the operation process of enterprises,a process oriented supply chain evaluation index system is constructed,and the effectiveness of the established index system is verified.Secondly,based on the established evaluation index system of supply chain reliability,the evaluation optimization method of supply chain reliability is studied.Using AHP and index system to complete the reliability evaluation of the supply chain;based on the reliability allocation method,the reliability optimization model of the supply chain is established,and the cost factor is considered in the model to realize the cost control of the enterprise on the basis of meeting the reliability requirements;the optimization model of the supply chain based on customer satisfaction is studied and an example is applied.Thirdly,by using the supply chain reliability evaluation index system and the supply chain reliability evaluation and optimization method based on reliability allocation,this paper studies the reliability evaluation,reliability allocation and optimization of the parts supply chain of an automobile assembly company.In order to meet the reliability requirements of the supply chain,the specific reliability index requirements of the supply chain,core manufacturers and distributors in the automotive assembly supply chain are obtained,and the lowest cost is obtained.The research results of this paper have important theoretical and practical significance for considering the reliability evaluation and optimization of supply chain with manufacturing enterprises as the core,and have certain theoretical reference for improving the reliability evaluation method of supply chain and improving the reliability optimization technology of supply chain.
