With the development of science and technology and the improvement of people’s living standards,people pay more attention to the use experience of products,and people’s requirements on product functions,performance and other aspects are also improved.To bring more comfortable experience to users is the ultimate goal of design.To achieve this goal,the first task is to make the product design more ideal and self-oriented.To further improve the product,it is necessary to maintain the existing functions of the product while operating more lightweight and simple.At this time,products with self-service functions have emerged.However,the existing self-service subjects are aimed at users and service personnel,few of which are based on the product itself.There is little literature on the research of products with self-service function,and there is no clear definition of self-service.The lack of research in this aspect is to introduce the concept of service into the product itself,so that the product can serve itself in a certain way and reduce the sense of participation of users.This thesis aims to explore the self-service of products and improve their idealization,analyze and design the existing products,and complete the design practice.The main research contents are as follows:1.Feature extraction of self-service products.Patent retrieval and analysis are used to sort out the product or patent with self-service function and obtain the definition and characteristics of service product.2.Research on evolution of self-service products based on idealization level.The ideal solution is applied to the evolutionary path selection and evaluation of self-service products.According to the idealization formula,the evolutionary path to improve idealization of self-service products is determined,and the evolutionary path corresponds to the idealization model.The results are compared with the characteristics of the ideal solution to determine whether it is idealized or not.3.Self-service product design process based on TRIZ.Combining idealized mode with TRIZ solution process,a triz-based realization method of self-service products was established.and functional analysis and KJ method were introduced in the stage of requirement gathering and sorting to form a self-service product design model based on ideal solution.4.Design example of household hand-held electric drill.On the basis of the self-service product design model,the user research,demand analysis and screening,evolutionary path selection,scheme generation and scheme evaluation of household portable electric drill were conducted to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the method. |
