Design Quality Control Of Hotel Apartment Based On QFD

Hotel apartment not only has the characteristics of independent office space,but also has the traditional living atmosphere.This new mode is obviously different from the traditional small office mode.The quality of apartment products has always been the most concerned problem of customers.To solve this problem,we must improve the quality requirements of apartment design work.The requirements of apartment design quality must be closely around the needs of people,guided by the needs of people,so as to judge,deal with and correct the whole design process.Firstly,this paper reviews and sorts out the relevant research literature of serviced apartment design,and expounds the QFD theory,House of Quality,design quality control and other relevant principles.This paper introduces the origin of serviced apartment and the characteristics different from residential,collects and classifies customer problems,makes in-depth analysis from five aspects of human,material,machine,method and measurement,and analyzes and determines the main reasons for project quality.Secondly,the quality function deployment(QFD)model is built according to the characteristics of customer demand of serviced apartments.To analyze the existing quality complaints,the main solution is to improve and standardize the management process,in view of the quality function deployment(QFD)in the transformation of customer needs,improve customer satisfaction,through the analysis of a series of basic requirements of serviced apartment quality,The key points of design quality control are obtained by analyzing the results of the transformation of the importance of the two aspects of the apartment parts and the quality elements and their corresponding matrix.Finally,taking a hotel apartment as a case,this dissertation applies QFD Model and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.In this case,the importance of customer demand of hotel apartment is ranked and further transformed into the importance of hotel parts,that is,the key point of design quality control.Relatively independent kitchen,toilet and other parts,the design process should fully respect the needs of customers,with the personalized needs of customers as the guide for humanized design,at the same time,this area is also a common complaint point of quality problems,so we should consider the improvement and avoidance of problems in the design process.As a customer driven product design quality control method,the use of QFD model can improve product design quality and maximize customer satisfaction,which is of great significance to help real estate enterprises provide hotel apartment products to meet customer needs.
