| This paper mainly studies the problem of knowledge representation in the field of virtual maintenance of turbine-generator.By using ontology technology in knowledge engineering,the maintenance file knowledge of turbine-generator is classified reasonably and processed with modular association,and the saved ontology file is parsed by the developed OWL ontology parsing program.Based on the analyzed ontology knowledge,a virtual maintenance knowledge base for turbine-generator,combined the maintenance knowledge base with the equipment model file derived from 3Dmax,is designed and applied to the virtual maintenance development platform.The research and design of the knowledge base is of great significance to the development of turbine-generator virtual maintenance platform.The main work of this paper is as follows.(1)This paper analyzes the needs of developers in the field of virtual maintenance of turbine-generator,expounds the characteristics of virtual maintenance knowledge.According to its characteristics,a certain type of turbine-generator is used as an example to collate and classify the maintenance file knowledge into five categories,equipment entity knowledge,maintenance preparation knowledge,maintenance process knowledge condition measurement knowledge and maintenance historical data knowledge.(2)Through the analysis of maintenance knowledge,a set of ontology modeling method which accords with the characteristics of virtual maintenance knowledge is designed by combining seven-step method and skeleton method.The concept of constructing maintenance knowledge sub-ontology is creatively put forward,and the turbine-generator virtual maintenance entity ontology,preparatory knowledge ontology,maintenance process ontology,condition measurement ontology and historical data ontology are defined.Five sub-ontologies are combined to form a virtual maintenance scheme ontology.The ontology modeling tool protégé is used to model the virtual maintenance knowledge ontology.(3)After the ontology construction is completed,the virtual maintenance ontology model is stored in OWL syntax format.Through the analysis of the structure and conten t of ontology file,the object-oriented representation of ontology knowledge is completed.This paper uses the DOM method in Qt to parse the saved OWL file and develops the virtual maintenance ontology knowledge base.(4)Combining the virtual maintenance knowledge base of turbine-generator and the equipment model file exported by 3D model design software 3Dmax,which is loaded into 3D development engine Unigine.It realizes three major functions: equipment model management,equipment maintenance scheme query and administrator maintenance.The virtual maintenance knowledge base of turbine-generator standardizes the knowledge expression in the field of virtual maintenance,and enhances the reusability and standardization of domain knowledge.The research and design of the knowledge base provides theoretical support for the virtual maintenance development platform,making the virtual maintenance software more scientific and practical. |
