Research On The Improvement Of The Development Management For The Thermal System Of The Automotive New Energy Of Company Z

Since Chinese government pointed out the new energy vehicle would take a cautious position in future,the new energy vehicle has made a big progress in market and technology with variant of policies from the government.Thermal system as an important part of the new energy vehicle ensures and supplies the comfort and safety of the entire vehicle.Establish a coefficient,comprehensive and advanced thermal development procedure is significant for any automotive who is dedicated to new energy field.This thesis introduces the background and meaning of new energy vehicle thermal system development management first,then make a word about domestic and over sea research of thermal system development management.Based on HA project from Z automotive,the thesis analysis the issues of procedure management in three ways including development procedure,PDM platform and human resource strategy.Then deliver solutions for Z automotive via different methods including DSM,AHP and leanthinking.In the end,this thesis implement parts of those solutions in HB project from Z automotive,and clarify advantages from new procedure management to make sure that those solutions could potentially increase efficiency and reduce cost for new energy thermal system development.Figure out the optimization solutions for thermal system development after issues analysis and solutions validation,and also point out the further research direction by carrying out disadvantages of those solutions.
