| Construction industry is growing rapidly in our country, but due to the impact of national policy guidance and macro economic development, the current performances of many enterprises in the industry are:poor earnings, low efficiency, heavy burden, fierce competition. Building construction is the foundation and important part of the construction industry chain, so to solve the problems in the construction process is the necessary condition for the healthy, stable and sustainable development of the construction industry.In the view of building operations, most of the construction enterprises’construction sites are in a state of chaos. Construction layout is not reasonable. Materials handling needs or uses great effort. The stack of building materials and the arrangement of equipment is random. The site also has security risks and waste of labor.In order to systematically and roundly solve those problems above, this paper introduces the theory of production and manufacturing to establish the system of the site improvement, and demonstrates the feasibility and necessity of this idea. Putting similarity systems theory first, this paper applies methods and theory of manufacturing industry to construction industry. In the framework of lean thinking, with the help of the strategy of layout optimization and managerial improvement, solve all kinds of problems in construction roundly.In the framework of lean thinking, with the help of SLP Method and 5S Management, this paper proposes a general strategy for the improvement of site layout and management. With the aid of the past engineering experience and SLP Method, construction site layout is improved scientifically and reasonably. To minimize the material handling cost between facilities and to maximize the relationship between non logistics, take full account of the visible material flow and the invisible information flow. With the help of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method, select the optimal proposal from a number of proposals. In consideration of the features of facility layout, the implementation program of improved SLP Method is put forward. Objective function and constraint condition of facility layout are given. Determining the construction stage and improving design scheme persistently are added to the original Systematic Layout Planning Method, which helps to solve the problem in construction site more neatly and immediately. Combining 5S Management and PDCA Circle is the basement of managerial improvement of the construction site. With the aid of implementation tool and supporting measure, eliminate adverse factors restricting the construction. In consideration of the features of field control, the implementation program of improved 5S Management is put forward. Combining adequately PDCA Circle, the implementation of 5S Management is clearer.Finally apply the improvement strategy of layout and management to the construction site of Nanjing Y Phase I projects. Then the effect of the implementation is summarized. Reasonable facilities layout and scientific field management help Y Phase I projects to enhance construction productivity and to improve the construction quality. |
