| As the domestic automobile market changes from the incremental era to the inventory era,the competition among automobile enterprises intensifies further.Faced with the sudden change of the industry situation,the car manufacturers have been through the continuous launch of new products,shorten the cycle,reduce costs and other measures to cope with this change.All these require cars to avoid quality problems as early as possible,shorten the development time and reduce the development cost in the design stage.As the last link of automobile manufacturing,assembly quality,manufacturing cycle and production cost are the key factors in the product development process.In this background,this article analysis Z company’s existing assembly data analysis method,from the process analysis of content,planning,personnel management,process management and other aspects,summarizes current problems in process analysis and put forward how to carry out the analysis of the final assembly data in the product design stage,so as to make the product design meet the production and manufacturing requirements to the maximum extent,reduce the number of assembly problem points in the later trial-production stage and reduce the equipment transformation in the workshop.To solve these problems,use the concept of concurrent engineering development,through the establishment of concurrent engineering data analysis environment,optimize the existing organizational structure,set up assembly concurrent engineering data analysis group.Finally the implementation plan of data analysis for the concurrent engineering of final assembly was established :the data analysis plan was made,the problem management mechanism was established,and the 4M1 E method was used to guide the process personel to carry out the data analysis of concurrent engineering.Standardizing the content of data analysis from person、equipment、pruduct、file、environment five aspects.Then puts forward the Z company assembly concurrent engineering data analysis method,through comparing the optimization before A model and the implementation of the optimized model B,from question the total number of the data checking stage,the design points in the prototype,repairing length,etc,demonstrated the advantage of 4 M1 E method in assembly of concurrent engineering. |
