With the rapid development of big data,using big data to drive traffic signal control has become one of the hot topics in traffic management research.However,due to the difference in the standards that traffic detectors adopted and the data formats they output,as well as equipment and network failures,etc.,there are many problems in using real-time traffic big data to manage traffic.Based on the analysis of multi-source traffic data and traffic control requirements,this research takes the adjustment of the real-time average link speed as the optimization goal;and restricts the traffic environment of the link according to the characteristics of the city to be studied;at the same time,the influence of the multi-source traffic data on the average link speed is analyzed based on the actual traffic data available for the project and the inherent logic mechanism among the multi-source traffic data;next,the process analysis of threshold setting and data quality diagnosis are performed on multi-source traffic data;finally,based on failure analysis,a systematic and process-based diagnosis method combines the single traffic data,same-source traffic data,similar traffic data and mixed traffic data,and completes the optimization of the real-time data of the average link speed.On the other hand,this research uses video detection technology and fault analysis methods to optimize the value of the real-time data of queuing length at intersections;and based on the real-time queue length and traffic flow,the green light resource model is converted to obtain more accurate real-time traffic demand in each direction of the intersection;finally,through the principle of multi-objective coordinated traffic,the green light resources at the intersection is“distributed on demand”,and the traffic efficiency of branch roads is optimized under unsaturated traffic state,which will not affect main road traffic.Finally,combined with the basic data of the traffic network of Beijing Road in KM City,the traffic of the road network was simulated and checked by VISSIM software,and the simulation was completed.It proves that the adjustment of the average link speed and the optimization of the efficiency of branch roads in this study have reference and application value for improving the efficiency of traffic.
