Abstract/Summary:
Through to our country in recent years several serious geological disasters happened earthquake research,found that as one of the most ancient buildings in China,the masonry structure in the form of all civil building structure under the most severe damage many schools now is still the masonry structure,can be inferred that in the future for a long time,masonry structure building structures in our country still occupy large proportion in the system,and some have historical relics value but dilapidated buildings also USES the masonry structure,so the research of masonry structure reinforcement technology has important practical significance.In terms of masonry structure reinforcement,the following problems need to be further optimized:(1)although the method of increasing section is easy to operate and costs less,it will occupy the usable area and affect the use function;(2)the combination strengthening method of masonry is in the original masonry external binding reinforcement,pouring of concrete and mortar layer,with the original masonry composite masonry,this kind of method construction period is longer,could lead to economic loss and inconvenience of production and life,and the interior and exterior masonry under external force can separate,adverse influence on the seismic effect;(3)the dry-type reinforcement method in the externally clad steel reinforcement method cannot ensure the effective transfer of the shear force on the joint surface and weaken its energy dissipation and shock absorption effect;(4)the reinforcement of reinforced concrete slab walls takes wet work as the construction condition,which leads to a longer construction period,which inevitably brings economic losses and inconvenience to life.Meanwhile,both this method and reinforcement of steel mesh mortar surface layer have the disadvantage of reducing the usable area of buildings.(5)the reinforcement method of sticking fiber cloth reduces the fire resistance and high temperature resistance of the wall.Once the fire occurs,the shear bearing capacity of the reinforced wall will decline sharply,and the durability of the building will decline,causing great losses.In view of the defects of the above reinforcement methods,this paper adopts high-strength polymer to repair mortar and alkali resistant glass fiber mesh(GFRP)to reinforce masonry wall pieces.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The compressive strength,flexural strength,tensile bond strength,fluidity,setting time and other properties of high strength polymer repair mortar were tested.(2)For 5 group size of height to width = 490×494×240 mm of masonry wall piece diagonal shear tests have been carried out,the results show that the high polymer repair mortar-GFRP on masonry walls of synergy can be an effective constraint,never reinforced masonry wall piece of brittle to ductile fracture after the reinforcement,can not only improve the shear capacity of wall of build by laying bricks or stones wall piece,and improve the performance of deformation and the damage form of masonry;The joint action of high strength polymer mortar-GFRP can increase the cracking load of masonry wall.The more serious the damage,the smaller the increase of cracking load.(3)Completely destroy of cracking in two groups after the wall between the Windows of reinforced specimens under low reversed cyclic load pseudo-static experiment was carried out,the window between the wall structure system is studied in the hysteresis curve of the skeleton curve of displacement ductility and seismic performance,such as stiffness,the results show that: compared with the wall between the Windows of unreinforced,ductile shear bearing capacity of the specimens after strengthening performance and stiffness are improving;The hysteretic curves of the reinforced interwindow walls are relatively full,and the deformation capacity and energy dissipation capacity are improved.
