| The front loading refuse truck is a kind of compression refuse truck that collects the garbage by means of front loading.The lifting mechanism is the core component of the front loading refuse truck.Based on the original car which provided by a Research Institute of technology and industry in Hebei Province,this paper designs the whole lifting mechanism and its auxiliary device,and establishes dynamics and finite element model of the lifting mechanism.The rationality of the design is verified by dynamic and static simulation analysis.O n this basis,the size of the lifting mechanism is optimized to achieve the goal of lightweight.Finally,the trial production of the sample vehicle is completed.The main research contents include:(1)The design of the lifting mechanism.According to the original vehicle data,design requirements,mechanism motion principle and relevant regulations,the design scheme of lifting mechanism is determined.Through theoretical calculation,the detailed design of the front turning mechanical arm,front fork arm and auxiliary mechanism is completed.And the three-dimensional model of each part is established.(2)The dynamic analysis of the lifting mechanism.According to the design requirements,the dynamics model of the lifting mechanism is established and the dynamic simulation is completed.Through the motion analysis of the front turning mechanical arm and the front fork arm,the dangerous working conditions in the motion process are found.By modifying the model gravity direction,the dynamic analysis of the lifting mechanism is carried out under the three road conditions of forward tilt,horizontal and backward tilt.The stress of each oil cylinder and each joint of the lifting mechanism in the lifting stage of the garbage bin is analyzed,and the correctness of the selection of the parameters of the oil cylinder and the design of the pin shaft is verified.(3)The stress analysis of the lifting mechanism.The finite element models of the front turning arm,the front fork arm and the mounting base are established respectively.Load the force from the dynamic analysis to the corresponding position of each part and conduct stress analysis.Based on the analysis,the curve of the force varying with the rotation angle is obtained.On this basis,the maximum stress of each component in the process of garbage collection and its working condition are found to verify the rationality of the design of the lifting mechanism.(4)The structural optimization of the lifting mechanism.Select the most dangerous working condition of the front turning mechanical arm as the research object and establish the mathematical model of size optimization.After solving the model,the optimized fro nt turning mechanical arm is obtained.The optimized front turning mechanical arm makes the lifting mechanism reduce 7.3% weight to achieve the goal of lightweight.The stress analysis of the optimized front turning mechanical ar m is carried out to verify the rationality of the optimization,and the trial production of the sample vehicle is finally completed.Through the design,optimization and trial production of the lifting mechanism of the front loading refuse truck,this article breaks the situation that there is no such garbage truck in China,and provides a technical method and relevant data reference for the design,development and design of similar structures of such products in China. |
