| At present,energy crisis,global warming and environmental pollution have become uncertain factors affecting the future development of the world.With the advantages of energy-saving,environment-friendly and convenient maintenance,electric vehicles are highly praised by governments and consumers all over the world,and the electric vehicle industry has been developing rapidly.Electric vehicle wireless charging technology is a set of energy transmission technology based on magnetic induction coupling,power electronic energy conversion and control technology,which can conveniently,efficiently and flexibly transmit power from grid to electric vehicle battery pack.As a key part of wireless power transmission,magnetic coupler has a significant impact on the efficiency,power transmission capacity,power density,volume,total mass and cost of electric vehicle wireless charging system,and its performance,design and optimization have been widely and deeply studied.This paper focuses on the analysis and research of the optimization design method of DD magnetic coupler for electric vehicle wireless charging system,including the optimization design of magnetic core configuration structure and the optimization design of coil structure parameters,which is helpful to improve the problems of low coupling performance,large total mass,high cost and large volume in the design and implementation of magnetic coupler.In this paper,the realization of wireless power transmission,the working principle,key technology and related automobile products of electric vehicle wireless charging technology are summarized,and the research status of magnetic coupler at home and abroad is analyzed in detail.Based on the analysis of equivalent circuit model of loosely coupled transformer,the working principle and characteristics of dual LCC resonant compensation network are studied.By analyzing the core configuration structure and coil structure parameters of DD magnetic coupler,the optimal design method of DD magnetic coupler is proposed,and the optimal core configuration structure and coil structure parameters are obtained according to the method.Based on the conclusion,the optimized magnetic coupler is built.By comprehensively comparing the material consumption,total mass,cost,coupling performance,anti-misalignment ability and system efficiency of the magnetic coupler before and after optimization,it is proved that the optimization design method in this paper is practical and feasible for the optimization of DD magnetic coupler. |
