| Under the condition of non-stop construction,the asphalt pavement of asphalt concrete is gradually popularized.With the widespread use of large aircraft and the increase in channelized traffic during taxiing,traditional asphalt concrete materials are difficult to meet the requirements of rutting resistance.In order to improve the anti-rut performance of the pavement of the airport pavement,epoxy asphalt is used as the binder of SMA mixture,and the performance of this mixture is systematically studied.The performance of stone mastic epoxy asphalt mixture(ESMA mixture)is studied from three aspects: gradation design,laboratory test and numerical simulation.Firstly,in order to obtain a higher performance,the performance of ESMA mixture was analyzed under different molding processes.According to the performance of ESMA mixture,epoxy asphalt various components blending amount,mixing and curing conditions,compaction or rolling times were determined.Based on these parameters,the molding process of ESMA mixture is proposed.Secondly,according to the research experience of SMA mixture,the gradation curve of ESMA-13 mixture was determined.Based on the existing mixture molding technology,the road performance tests such as Marshall stability,immersion Marshall stability,rutting,low temperature bending were carried out.The test results show that the fiber-free ESMA-13 mixture has higher Marshall stability and better water damage resistance,but the wheel tracking resistance of the fiber-free ESMA-13 mixture is lower than that of ESMA-13 mixture with fiber.Then,grading design of fiber-free ESMA-13 mixture,six grading curves with design density of 105%,110%,115%,120% and 125% are obtained.In addition,laboratory tests were carried out on fiber-free ESMA-13 mixtures with different design densities.The test results show that the rutting resistance of the fiber-free ESMA-13 mixture can be effectively improved by adjusting the design density of the mixture.Finally,a mesoscopic study was conducted on fiber-free ESMA-13 mixtures with different design densities.By adjusting the coarse aggregate content,mortar-aggregate interface parameters,and mortar-mortar interface parameters,influencing factors of the crack resistance of ESMA-13 mixture was studied.It is found that the bonding effect of epoxy asphalt mortar has a great influence on the anti-cracking performance of ESMA-13 mixture.The performance of ESMA-13 mixture before and after curing is related to the bonding effect of epoxy asphalt mortar.In conclusion,the performance of ESMA-13 mixture can meet the requirements of airport pavement overlays,and this study has certain guiding significance for the application of ESMA-13 mixtures in airport pavement overlays. |
