Temperature is an important parameter to characterize the power generation efficiency of photovoltaic panels.The higher the temperature of photovoltaic panels,the lower the power generation efficiency.Therefore,it is very important to cool photovoltaic panels.While cooling,ensuring the uniformity of the temperature distribution on the surface of photovoltaic panels is an important factor to ensure the power generation reliability and working life.The photovoltaic/thermal(PV/T)module with the function of photothermal integration can collect the heat absorbed by the module while cooling the PV panel.But it is difficult to ensure the cooling range and uniformity of the PV panel.In order to solve this problem,the paper studies the design of the heat pipe PV/T module to cool the PV panel evenly and studies the influence of PV/T building skin on indoor temperature.In this paper,the optimal variable combination of heat pipe PV/T module is obtained through the study of multi-variable influencing factors.The optimal variable combination is: the equivalent thermal conductivity is 40000 W/(m·k),the number of single heat pipe is 32,the number of heat pipe rows is 3,the length of the heat pipe inserted into the fluid pipe is 40 mm,the wall material of the heat pipe is copper,the wall thickness of the heat pipe is 1mm,the number of fins inserted into the end of the heat pipe(i.e.the heat pipe exothermic end)in the fluid pipe is 2,the length of the fins beyond the heat pipe on one side is 5mm,the fin material is copper,the type of fluid in the fluid pipe is water and fluid pipe The initial temperature of the fluid in the channel is 288 k,the flow velocity of the fluid in the pipeline is 1m/s,and the filling material of the gap between the heat pipes is aluminum;Under the condition of the optimal combination of variables,the temperature of the heat absorption surface of the collector is in the range of 15.4 ℃~16.5 ℃,and the maximum temperature difference is 1.08 ℃,which achieves a good uniform cooling result.In terms of energy collection,when the PV/T collectors are heated up,15 modules can heat up the water with the initial temperature of 15 ℃ in the closed cycle to 50 ℃;When the components are used as the building skin,whether it is attached to the south side of the slope roof or to the south wall,it can reduce the indoor temperature in summer,and attaching to the south side of the slope roof is better than attaching to the south wall.There are about 50000 words,44diagrams and 28 illustrations in the thesis.
