In recent years,with the strategy of marine economic powerful,promoting the development of the ship industry has gradually become a hot spot.As an important part of marine engineering equipment,propeller manufacturing accuracy is not only the main means of quality control,but also the data source of manufacturing emphasis.Therefore,the measurement of marine propeller blade has become an important link in the manufacturing industry of marine equipment.In order to solve the problem of accuracy and efficiency of marine propeller blade measurement,a new propeller blade measurement system is developed on the basis of comprehensive analysis of enterprise demand,propeller blade spatial morphology and existing detection technology.Based on the concept design of mechatronics,a new method of propeller blade measurement and evaluation is proposed,and the influence analysis of propeller blade inclination angle measurement error and nonlinear measurement error is carried out.A prototype of the measurement system based on measuring equipment is developed.The details are as follows:(1)In order to ensure the authenticity and effectiveness of the propeller blade measuring equipment structure scheme,the integration between virtual design and equipment prototype is accelerated through the concept of mechatronics design and development.Using the NX MCD platform,the function analysis and logic analysis are carried out,and the physical and motion attributes of the corresponding functional modules are defined to complete the virtual simulation test of blade measurement.By OPC the signal interaction between the conceptual model and the programmable logic controller,the early conceptual research and development design of the whole measuring equipment is improved.(2)Combined with laser measurement and data registration,a method of propeller blade measurement and evaluation based on surface data registration is presented.The main steps of this method are as follows: data collection is realized by the planned path,The main steps of this method are as follows: data acquisition is realized by planned path,registration data is optimized by SAC coarse registration and ICP precision matching fusion,and iterative registration is carried out until convergence.According to the relevant parameters of propeller blade,the allowance is allocated,and then the allowance visualization is realized,and the blade measurement and evaluation work is completed.(3)In order to ensure the high accuracy of measurement results,the experiment of measuring influencing factors of laser sensor is carried out.The error model is constructed from hardware platform and optics.According to the linear distance and incident angle of laser measurement,the single factor measurement experiment is carried out,the experimental data are analyzed,the error compensation function is obtained.(4)Development of system for propeller blade measuring equipment.The overall scheme design of the measurement system adopts the object-oriented programming method and the modular design structure to compile the user interface.A variety of function libraries are integrated to realize window visualization of propeller measurement results,and to ensure that the interface of propeller blade measuring equipment measurement system is simple,consistent and easy to use.
