| Nowadays,with the huge growth of DG,represented by photovoltaic and wind power,in the distribution network,the change of system power flow is becoming more and more complex.DG has consequences on operation stability and protection control in power system.It is gradually hard for SCADA system to meet the demand of distribution network monitoring.WAMS based on GPS/BDS can synchronously measure the phasor information of each point in power system.Compared with the traditional power monitoring system,WAMS can monitor the transient behavior of power grid due to its high-speed and synchronous sampling.As an important role of WAMS,PDC have to meet higher requirements for equipment access,data processing and other capabilities in the distribution network.PDC has become a point of WAMS research.This paper compares the protocols and standards of PDC,summarizes the requirements of distribution network PDC.According to the requirements,design,programe and test the proposed distribution network PDC.Consider of communication security and data transmission stability of PDC,data encryption and offline-file transmission parameter are optimized.The research contents are as follows(1)Summarize the development of WAMS standards and protocols,and compares the protocols related to PDC.Briefly discuss the content of GB/T26865.2-2011 extended protocol adopted by the designed distribution network PDC,and points out the data types and formats of PDC communication.Compare the Q/GDW 10131-2017 standard with IEEE c37.247-2019 standard,and proposes the requirements of the designed distribution network PDC based on the characteristics of many nodes and wide coverage of the distribution network.(2)Based on Linux system and hardware platform,a modular design of distribution network PDC is proposed and realized by programming.The advantages and disadvantages of three working modes and corresponding applicable scenarios of data collection function of PDC are discussed and achieved.Build an experimental platform to test the designed PDC,and verify that the designed PDC can meet the requirements.(3)Consider of the frequent security incidents of power system communication network in recent years,a WAMS encryption method based on optimized P2 P encryption method is proposed.And propose a fast encryption algorithm considering the requirements of reducing the transmission frequency and low delay of WAMS in wireless communication.Test results proves the proposed encryption algorithm meets the requirements of Shannon encryption algorithm principle and WAMS communication delay.(4)Aimed at the interruption of PDC offline files transmission,the transmission mechanism of SDH network is analyzed.The difference between the actual data transmission rate and the transmission bandwidth capacity leads to transmission interruption.According to the transmission characteristics of SDH,the PDC offline file transmission parameters setting calculation method is proposed,and different parameters are set for file transmission to verify the correctness of the calculation method. |
