With the rapid development of distribution network,distributed energy sources such as wind power,photovoltaic and electric vehicle access to distribution network,the security,stability,economy and reliability of the distribution network have a lot of impact,the stability of the distribution network monitoring is particularly important,both at home and abroad are actively exploring the Wide-area Measurement System in the application of the distribution network.However,with a large number of sampling nodes,multiple lines across and across,and diversified communication modes in the distribution network.higher technical requirements are required for the Phasor Data Concentrator for wide-area measurement systems.Therefore,it is of practical significance to develop a phasor data centralizer for wide area measurement system suitable for distribution network.The communication technology of access layer of distribution network is studied.In addition,aims at the problems of data loss caused by the delay caused by the diversification of communication modes,on the premise of ensuring the reliability of data,the purpose is to reduce the PDC delay as much as possible,a time alignment method of real-time phasor data by PDC for distribution network is proposed.Aiming at the real-time limitation of Linux operating system,this dissertation studies the real-time reconstruction scheme of Linux based on Xenomai,and the application method of PDC in modified Linux real-time system is proposed.According to the data communication connection demand,real-time transmission rate demand,access quantity demand and real-time data processing demand of distribution network PDC,the modular design scheme of distribution network PDC is proposed and implemented.Among them,TCP/IP-based socket is adopted to realize data transmission channel communication,multithreaded technology is adopted to realize communication connection establishment,real-time task processing and offline file processing,select mechanism is used to avoid blocking,so as to receive data,Finally,the hardware configuration of PDC is given,the PDC test is studied,and an experimental platform is built for verification.The experimental results show that the PDC developed in this dissertation has the characteristics of supporting multicommunication mode access,high real-time performance and strong reliability,and is suitable for wide area measurement system of distribution network.
