| Modern and contemporary architecture reflects the architectural characteristics of an era and is also a reflection of an era,so it is of great significance for the protection and reinforcement of excellent modern buildings.However,due to various historical reasons,the safety and seismic performance of modern buildings cannot meet the requirements of the current regulations.Therefore,how to identify and strengthen modern buildings is an important part of modern building protection.This article mainly analyzes the current status and characteristics of modern concrete structure buildings,and compares the reinforcement and repair methods of historical buildings based on the principles of repair.The main contents of the discussion are as follows.(1)Through the calculation of modern concrete structure system and analysis of load characteristics,it is found that in modern concrete structure design,the standard value of floor live load is generally higher than the current structural load specification;the value of wind load at that time is also higher than the requirements of current load codes.Therefore,under the action of static force,the concrete structure buildings designed according to the design method at that time can basically meet the safety requirements without serious structural damage and the performance of various materials is maintained well.(2)The low material strength,lack of seismic design awareness,durability damage,and unreasonable disassembly and modification during use are the main factors that lead to the need for modern concrete structures to be strengthened.(3)According to the analysis of the seismic performance of modern concrete structures based on the repair principles of historical buildings,this paper compares and analyzes the applicability of several common reinforcement methods for modern concrete structures.(4)Taking the case of Nanjing Hutchison & Company Ltd Laboratory Strengthening Project,the test data and seismic performance of the original structure were analyzed to verify the previous conclusions about the characteristics and status of the modern concrete structure.The comparative analysis of the strengthening effect and advantages as well as disadvantages of the enlarged section method,the steel sticking method and the increased damper method show that the increased damper has good reversibility,identifiability and minimum intervention,so that the modern concrete structure can meet the seismic resistance standard of the modern structure. |
