With the speeding up of urbanization, the old industrial building, the old office buildings and apartment buildings in our country is faced with the trend of reform, thus the old building need to be reinforced inevitablely. Because most of them are reinforced concrete structures, this paper mainly studies the strengthening methods of reinforced concrete structures in modification construction. In recent years, our country has obtained certain achievements in the reinforced concrete structure building renovation research, but in the renovation construction for the selection of strengthening methods also mainly pauses at the experience level, few experts and scholars study the the selection of the reinforcement method from economical, technical and social aspect, and the overall seismic performance of the reinforced structure. In view of this, this paper mainly studys the scheme comparison of reinforcement method during the construction of the reinforcement and reinforced structure seismic performance, the main contents are as follows:(1) By the analysis of the engineering characteristics and the construction procedures of the reinforced concrete structure reinforcement engineering, we has been clear about the key control problems in the process of renovation and construction. By the analysis of the characteristics and applicability of common reinforcement methods systemly, it provides a powerful reference for structure in the selection of reconstruction during the construction of the reinforcement method. By the analysis of the mechanical performance and work principle of the reinforced structures, it laid a solid theoretical basis for the analysis of reinforced structures.(2) By mathematical method and Delphi method, we constructed the index systemduring the construction of the reinforced concrete structures strengthening. By explicit the connotation of each index, we laid the foundation for the weight of each index assignment. By quantifying and determining the various indicators score standard, we create a quantitative basis for the application of the index system.(3) By determining the weight of each indexs during the construction of the reinforced concrete structures by MA-OWA operator, we provides a strong guarantee for the establish of a scientific reinforcement scheme selection model. By improving the traditional TOPSIS method, we established a reinforcement scheme comparison and selection model and provided a new train of thought and method for choosing a scientific and reasonable scheme.(4) In a real engineering example, the traditional TOPSIS method and the improved TOPSIS method are used in the three kinds of reinforcement scheme to carry on the comparison, the calculation results are consistent, this fully shows that the reinforced concrete structure reinforcement scheme comparison model is effective and reasonable.(5) After proceeding the detailed design of reinforcement scheme by using PKPM software identification module JDJG, we carried out the seismic performance analysis of reinforced structure by SATWE, and the result meet the requirements, therefore it demonstrate the feasibility of strengthening schemes. one step closer.
