Study On The Preparation Of Bill Of Quantities

As an integral part of the bidding documents,the bill of quantities is the basis of the valuation of bill of quantities.According to the current valuation specification of China,the tenderee is responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the bill of quantities.According to the bidding bill of quantities provided by the tenderee,the tenderer shall make a quotation to form the priced bill of quantities.Once the contract is signed,it will become an integral part of the contract documents.Bill of quantities plays a very important role in the process of contract signing and performance.We must attach great importance to the compilation and quality of bill of quantities in bidding.The bill of quantities for bidding shall be complete and complete,with comprehensive description of project characteristics and accurate estimation of project quantity.But in practice,there are many problems in these aspects.In this paper,through questionnaire survey,the accuracy of project characteristics description,the integrity of bill of quantities and the accuracy of bill of quantities are the main research objects that affect the quality of bill of quantities.On the basis of the quality requirements,the basis and the process of the compilation of the bill of quantities,this paper discusses in detail the problems and the concrete manifestations in the process of the compilation of the bill of quantities,analyzes on the influencing factors of the quality problems caused by the scope of the tender,the design drawings,the measurement methods,the division of work and cooperation,and puts forward the basic countermeasures to ensure the quality of the compilation of the bill of quantities,and emphasizes the review and approval of the bill of quantities and the corresponding measures Use BIM Technology to calculate the quantity.At the end of this paper,the contract supporting conditions and work to ensure the quality of the bill of quantities are described,and the relationship between the bill of quantities and the technical standards,the form of the contract and the terms of measurement and payment of the contract is discussed.The research work of this paper has a good reference value for improving the quality of the bill of quantities and the performance of the bidding work.
