| Lightweight ship design is an important trend in ship construction nowadays,but lightweight will inevitably bring a series of problems,and noise pollution is one of them.Noise pollution will affect the physical and mental health of the crew and reduce the ship stealth performance.Therefore,an appropriate structure is needed to meet the requirements of light weight design and sound insulation.Honeycomb sandwich plate,a special structural form,can effectively solve this conflict.Therefore,this thesis continues to conduct systematic research on this problem.Firstly,polyurethane honeycomb sandwich panels with different openings are designed based on the principle of quality equivalence.The polyurethane samples were made to test the material parameters and the strength and stiffness of the honeycomb panels with different openings were calculated by the Workbench statics module.The results show that the hexagonal honeycomb panels with different openings have better structural performance.Secondly,using the theory of double layer board,and honeycomb sandwich plate formula and numerical method acoustic characteristic curve contrast,validation method is correct,then the design of the urethane cellular powder layer board,using the method of boundary element numerical simulation system of polyurethane honeycomb sandwich plate opening different forms,different wall thickness,mezzanine height,the thickness of the panel,sandwich hole diameter,the size of the panel,the modal damping ratio as well as add sound insulation properties of porous materials and other factors on the structure,found hexagonal hole honeycomb panel acoustic performance is slightly better,by improving the structure of honeycomb panel density parameters can improve the sound insulation quantity,long sandwich wall panel thickness and the size of the increase will cause resonance trough move to low frequency,and sandwich thickness and the increase in sandwich wall thickness resonance wave trough to the high frequency moving,add the porous materials to a certain extent,can improve the sound insulation performance of structure,and by using three kinds of sound insulation performance evaluation method of the honeycomb sandwich plate with single board structure acoustic performance comparison shows the advantages of sound insulation performance of honeycomb panel.Finally,according to the influence of external factors on the sound insulation characteristics of the structure,the effects of oblique sound pressure incident,three different constraints and sound source types on the sound insulation of the structure are studied.It is found that the sound pressure incident Angle can stimulate different vibration modes of the structure and thus affect the sound insulation.It is easier to produce resonant wave troughs and reduce the acoustic insulation under fixed supported constraints than with simple supported constraints.Different sound source modes do not affect the resonance frequency of the structure’s sound insulation characteristic curve,but only affect the sound insulation value of the wave peak. |
