Retaining wall is one of the most widely used retaining forms in highway construction projects.Traditional retaining walls include gravity retaining wall,cantilever type,buttress type and pile plate type,etc,but they generally have disadvantages such as long construction period,unbalanced mass,large area of masonry and expensive labor cost.In response to the national call for environmental protection and resource conservation,prefabricated retaining walls have been widely used in highway construction in recent years due to their advantages of high industrial efficiency,small masonry area,controllable construction period and high precision.In this thesis,the cantilever retaining wall is taken as the basic wall,combined with the advantages of pile plate retaining wall,the retaining wall is unitized and component.The feasibility study and optimization design of a prefabricated retaining wall have been carried out.Through field test and numerical simulation,the characteristics of the whole structure and key nodes have been studied.The main work and conclusions of this thesis are as follows:(1)The mechanical performance of the proposed new greenable prefabricated retaining wall was investigated.The results show that the unitization of the structure can facilitate transportation,speed up the construction progress,and reduce pollution;the column has good working performance during the work process,and its structural structure enhances the overall stability.(2)With the help of finite element software to build a retaining wall model,considering the influence of vehicle load and earth pressure and other parameters,the calculation analysis is carried out.The final conclusion is compared with the test results,and it is concluded that the two results are basically consistent,and the structure basically meets the performance required in the process of work.(3)Based on the comparative study of test and numerical simulation,and with reference to literature and finite element software,this thesis explores the influence of filling properties on the safety and economy of retaining wall structure.The results show that the worse the soil mass is,the greater the stress and displacement are.The increase of the filling height and the optimization of the quality have a bad effect on the economy.(4)Use numerical simulation software to study and analyze the overall structure,mainly considering the rationality and economy of the column structure form,and further optimize the column structure form and parameters such as the spacing between columns.
