Abstract/Summary:
With the continuous development of global economic level and the continuous improvement of modern shipbuilding technology,people’s pursuit for the quality of life on the sea is higher and higher.The people-oriented design concept is deeply implemented in ship construction.Cruise ship is different from the conventional transport ship,which requires higher quality of cabin environment.The air distributor is the terminal equipment of the ship air conditioning system,which is responsible for sending the air flow to the cabin to adjust the comfort of the cabin.The effect of air distributor plays a decisive role in the rationality of air distribution in cabin.As the height of ship cabin is limited by the hull structure,flat air distributor is generally used.In recent years,some air distributors commonly used in land buildings are gradually promoted in ship cabins for better air distribution effect.In this thesis,the cafeteria cabin and activity hall cabin of "Sansha No.1" are taken as the research objects.Using Airpak software,CFD method was adopted to explore the influence of different air distributor forms and installation methods on the air distribution and comfort.Firstly,three kinds of air distributors ware simplified,and the simplified results ware put into the CFD software.It was found that the simplified geometric model can truly restore the air flow situation at the outlet of the air distributor.Then,the heat distribution of the cafeteria was analyzed,the total heat load was calculated,and the air distribution parameters of the air distributor ware determined.The simplified models of the three kinds of air distributors ware put into the cafeteria for air flow simulation.By comparing the simulation results,it was concluded that the temperature,speed,air age and PMV of the cafeteria ware significantly improved.Then,taking the large cabin activity hall as the object,the outlet size,supply air speed,supply air temperature difference and other parameters of the air distributor ware calculated with the layered air conditioning theory.Then the middle air supply-top air return,bottom air supply-top air return ware simulated respectively,and the results showed that the middle air supply scheme had better comfort.Finally,the middle air supply scheme was improved by adding a deflector.It was found that the optimized parameters of the cabin ware very ideal,not only the comfort was greatly improved,but also the energy saving effect was considerable.
