Research On H Company’s Financial Risk Management Based On Entropy-TOPSIS Method

Under the background of "carbon peak" and "carbon neutralization ",the development of new energy industry in China has ushered in unprecedented development opportunities.However,as a new high-tech industry,its financing is difficult and restricted by government policy,which makes it face higher risks and challenges.As the micro carrier of new energy industry,the development of new energy enterprises determines the development trend of the whole industry.Therefore,it is of great significance to pay attention to the financial risk of new energy enterprises and to construct a financial risk evaluation system in line with the characteristics of the industry.This paper,based on the theory of financial risk,takes H new energy company as the research object.Firstly,the financial risk of H company is identified from five aspects:financing risk,investment risk,operation risk,growth risk,cash flow risk and other risks.Then combined with the financial risk situation of H company and the characteristics of new energy industry,the financial risk evaluation system is constructed,then the weight is calculated by entropy weight method,and the risk of H company and listed company is ranked by TOPSIS method.Lastly,according to the H company’s financial risk problems and evaluation results,this paper analyzes the reasons for the deterioration of H company’s financial risk,and puts forward that the company should optimize the capital structure,broaden the financing channels,strengthen the feasibility of project investment,perfect the investment management process,expand the business direction and improve the accounts receivable management mechanism,in the hope of improving the level of financial risk management and providing reference for the financial risk management of other new energy enterprises at the same time..
