| With the rapid development of science and technology and the continuous improvement of industrial mechanization and automation in all walks of life,rotating electromagnets,as a valve electromechanical conversion device,are widely used in many fields such as agriculture,industry,and service industries.Rotating electromagnets have the advantages of small size,simple structure,reliable action,etc.,which can well meet the working requirements of servo valves.Therefore,the design and research of rotating electromagnets for valves has important practical significance.First of all,according to the design index of the rotating electromagnet,this article preliminarily designs the basic structure of the rotating electromagnet,and calculates the reasonable design parameters of the rotating electromagnet to meet the working requirements.Secondly,the paper analyzes the working characteristics of the designed rotating electromagnet,and establishes a two-dimensional simulation model of the rotating electromagnet in the finite element simulation software.This paper analyzes the influence of different rotor materials and the way of magnetizing the magnetic poles in the rotor on the working characteristics of the rotating electromagnet’s magnetic field strength,the paper conducts a comprehensive analysis of the magnetic pole thickness and magnetic pole radian structure parameters in the rotating electromagnet structure to determine the pairs of factors.The influence of the working characteristics of the rotating electromagnet,so as to optimize the structure of the rotating electromagnet on the basis of meeting the design requirements.Finally,a three-dimensional simulation model of the rotating electromagnet is established,and the heat source loss of the rotating electromagnet is simulated and analyzed.The Workbench finite element simulation software is used to simulate the electromagnetic-thermal coupling of the rotating electromagnet,the working performance of the rotating electromagnet is analyzed when the temperature increases.The specific influence of the rotating electromagnet ensures that the ambient temperature of the rotating electromagnet under the repeated short-time operation system meets the design requirements and verifies the working reliability of the rotating electromagnet. |
