AC contactor is a kind of control appliance widely used in various low voltage electrical control circuits.It is mainly used for frequent on-off of AC main circuit and high current control circuit.Its control capacity is large,and can be operated by remote control.With the increasing of the on-off times of AC contactor,the electrical contacts are constantly worn,which leads to the deterioration of on-off performance.The operation state of AC contactor will have a bad impact on the safety and reliability of power grid operation.The motion analysis and fault diagnosis research of AC contactor contact system can reflect the operation status of AC contactor very well.Therefore,contact of AC contactor is carried out.The research on system motion analysis and fault diagnosis is of great significance.At present,the research on the design of AC contactor is becoming more and more perfect,but the research on the on-line monitoring of AC contactor is not mature,especially in its fault diagnosis.This paper mainly focuses on how to more accurately analyze the movement and fault diagnosis of AC contactor contact system.In this paper,the movement of contact system of AC contactor is studied.Based on the movement signal of contact system,the PSO-LSSVM model is established to diagnose the fault of AC contactor.Firstly,the whole life test system of AC contactor based on vibration signal is designed.According to the test requirements,the AC contactor on-off is controlled accurately by using virtual instrument technology.The contact motion analysis test is carried out for cjx2-5011 AC contactor.The operating parameters of the contact system are collected by the test system,which provides data support for the subsequent theoretical research.Secondly,the extraction method of electrical characteristic parameters which affect the operation state of AC contactor is studied.At the same time,the basic theory of AC contactor fault diagnosis model is given,and the fault mode of AC contactor is classified.Thirdly,the method of extracting the characteristic vector of AC contactor vibration signal based on MMPE and energy moment is studied.The characteristic vector which affects the state of AC contactor is selected to decompose and extract the contact vibration signal.Based on the eigenvector,the LSSVM optimization model based on PSO is introduced,and the fault diagnosis of AC contactor is studied by using this model.Finally,the fault diagnosis method of AC contactor based on PSO-LSSVM and vibration signal is studied.By comparing with SVM classifier,the research results show that this method can improve the ability of fault recognition.
