The advent of the new energy and new technology,make traditional industries to intelligent industrial restructuring and development.And the demand for high-speed motors is increasing in many fields such as electric vehicles,aviation rockets,and high precision machine tools.According to the operating characteristics of the motor,the high-speed motor can increase the power density of the motor,and reduce the weight and volume of the motor.Traditional reluctance motors are characterized by high torque pulsation and strong vibration noise,which seriously affects the daily life of residents.The thesis proposes Axial Flux High Speed Reluctance Motor(AFHSRM),which is a new structure of motor.while AFHSRM meets the requirements of engineering design,and study the motor ontology structure to reduce torque pulsation and suppress vibration noise.AFHSRM is similar to traditional switched reluctance motors in structure,both the stator and rotor are laminated of silicon steel sheets,and no concentrated winding on the rotor,which has high mechanical strength at high speed and is suitable for working in relatively harsh environments;the excitation coil is nested on the stator,and the machining and assembly are simple and reliable.The AFHSRM is a double convex structure,which is powered by pulsed currents to the coils,forming a non-circular rotating magnetic field inside the motor,and a stepping magnetic field with severe nonlinearity and high saturation characteristics,so that the output torque of the motor and the electromagnetic force on the stator have a pulsating periodicity,and the study of torque pulsation and vibration noise of AFHSRM is of great significance to the engineering practice.The research content is as follows:(1)Reviewing the latest research results of high-speed motors and special structure reluctance-type motors at home and abroad,and designing a high-speed reluctance motor with axial flux path.The new structure of the motor is analogous to the conventional high speed reluctance motor operation mechanism,both follow the "principle of minimum reluctance",and analyze the working principle of AFHSRM.(2)Referring to the design principle of traditional reluctance motor and the research of new magnetic circuit motor structure at home and abroad,the design of AFHSRM ontology is completed in the early stage,based on Maxwell’s stress tensor method theory,the influence of radial force on the vibration of motor ontology is studied in depth,and the relationship between phase current,rotor position and radial force is obtained after simulation analysis.When the rotor pole center line coincides with the stator pole center line,the radial force reaches its peak,and the stator is subjected to the maximum radial force at this position.Based on the AFHSRM ontology,two special structures,rotor slant pole and rotor wrong angle,are proposed to reduce the radial electromagnetic force.When the motor is operated under the working condition,the rotor slant pole is more effective in suppressing torque pulsation and vibration by finite element simulation analysis.(3)In order to further study the ability of rotor slant pole and rotor wrong angle to influence the vibration of the motor,the inherent frequency of the stator is determined by modal analysis,and the multi-physical field simulation of the motor is performed by ANSYS Workbench,and the rotor slant pole structure is more suitable for AFHSRM by the analysis results of harmonic response and noise prediction.
