| Because the Magnetically Controlled Reactor(MCR)has the characteristics of smooth adjustment of output reactive power and low cost,it has been developed rapidly in the field of reactive power compensation.Nowadays,it is widely used in ultra-high voltage power grid.However,MCR has the disadvantage of long response time(dozens of power frequency cycles),which seriously affects the reactive power compensation results of MCR and its popularization and application.Therefore,aiming at the above problems,the work in optimizing the dynamic characteristics of MCR is mainly accomplished as following in the study.Firstly,on the basis of analyzing the basic structure and working principle of MCR,the mathematical expression equation of MCR is constructed in the paper.The MCR equivalent circuit model is established.Work characteristics of MCR is researched in detail by Maxwell and Twin Builder field-circuit coupling simulation.It provides a theoretical and model basis for the further improvement of MCR dynamic characteristics.Secondly,the relevant parameters influenced the dynamic characteristics of the MCR is analyzed.The relationship between the limit excitation response time and the dynamic characteristics of MCR is mainly studied.On this basis,two different optimization angles of dynamic characteristics are proposed.At the same time,combined with the structure characteristics of MCR,an improved structure of MCR is proposed in the paper.The equivalent circuit model is established,and the dynamic process of excitation and demagnetization is analyzed.The dynamic characteristic simulation model of MCR is built in Matlab / Simulink simulation platform.The response time of MCR after improvement is carefully compared and analyzed by simulation.The results show that the improved MCR has faster response speed and better dynamic characteristics.Finally,TMS320F28335 is used as the main control chip to build the corresponding peripheral hardware circuit.The software control program of the improved MCR is designed.The construction of the experimental platform and experiment for the dynamic characteristics of the MCR are completed.The experimental results show that the limit demagnetization response time of the improved MCR is significantly shortened.The dynamic characteristics of MCR are significantly improved,and the structure of MCR is more reasonable.The research of the paper can provide a new idea for the research of dynamic characteristic optimization method of MCR.It has a certain theoretical value and practical significance in dynamic reactive power compensation. |
