With the rapid development of economy and technology,the voltage level and capacity of power transformers continue to increase,resulting in a larger magnetic density of power transformer structural parts.These larger values of leakage flux induce eddy currents in the metal structural parts of power transformers and form eddy current losses.The eddy current loss in the metal structure of the power transformer will cause its efficiency to decrease,form local overheating,and seriously endanger the safe operation of the power transformer.Based on this,this thesis systematically analyzes and calculates the loss of power transformer structural parts.The main research work is as follows:(1)The current status of domestic and foreign research on the leakage magnetic field and eddy current loss of power transformers is analyzed,and the main content and technical route of the research in this thesis are determined.(2)The finite element analysis software is used to calculate the three-dimensional leakage magnetic field of the power transformer,and the distribution of the three-dimensional leakage magnetic field of the power transformer is given,which lays the foundation for the loss calculation of the structural parts of the power transformer.(3)A double scalar magnetic potential surface impedance method was used to calculate the leakage magnetic field and eddy current loss on the pull plate,clamps,fuel tank and other components of the power transformer,and the simulation results were compared with the empirical formula.Verify the correctness of the proposed scheme.(4)The magnetic density and loss of power transformer clamps and pull plates with and without magnetic shielding are compared and analyzed,and the distribution of magnetic density and loss of power transformers with and without magnetic shielding is given.
