Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)has the advantages of small size,high power density and small torque ripple,which is widely used in aerospace,industrial control,household appliances and other fields.In order to improve the response speed and anti-interference of PMSM speed control system,many high-performance control algorithms are applied to PMSM current control direction.Deadbeat current predictive control algorithm is based on the system model to calculate the future behavior,which has predictability and good dynamic response.However,the algorithm takes up a lot of computing resources of the controller,increases the computing time,and reduces the real-time performance of the control system;Therefore,this paper combines deadbeat current predictive control with simplified vector modulation algorithm.In this paper,the surface mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor(SPMSM)is taken as the research object.Firstly,the relationship between the rotor structure characteristics and the magnetic circuit of the PMSM is described.Secondly,according to the structure of permanent magnet synchronous motor,the mathematical model ofthree-phase static coordinate is established,and the mathematical model of two-phase synchronous rotating rectangular coordinate system is obtained by coordinate transformation;At the same time,the realization process of vector modulation technology is introduced.Then,the mathematical model of deadbeat current prediction is deduced according to the mathematical model of two-phase synchronous rotating coordinate;At the same time,by defining a set of functions,the steps of sector judgment and output vector voltage calculation of vector modulation algorithm are simplified,and the amount of calculation of control algorithm is reduced.Finally,the simulation model of PMSM speed control system is built in Matlab/Simulink environment,and the simulation verification is carried out.On the basis of theoretical derivation and simulation research,the hardware circuit and software algorithm of PMSM control system are designed with DSP processor as the core,and the experimental platform of PMSM control system is built.The control algorithm of deadbeat current predictive control combined with simplified vector modulation is verified and the test results are analyzed.The experimental results show that the control algorithm does not need parameter tuning,and improves the response speed and anti-interference ability of the system when the external environment is disturbed.
