| High-end equipment is an important support for national economy and national defense construction,and high-end medical equipment is an important part of it.In the face of dynamic and changing market environment brought by economic globalization,CT equipment,as a typical product of high-end medical equipment,needs to break through the bottleneck of technology and equipment,and constantly improve the level of localization and product competitiveness.Data and research shows that CT device contains high pressure syringe and supporting software was dominated by foreign brands,the existing system is cumbersome operation,patients with clinical case data loss,the adverse event probability is bigger,the problem such as poor scan imaging results,can’t well meet the demand of clinical,even the serious influence across hospitals,medical examination results mutual recognition to different regions,It causes a waste of medical resources.Therefore,it is urgent to carry out research on CT contrast agent injection system in order to achieve homogenization and optimization of contrast agent injection scheme.The objective of this paper is to study the key technologies of contrast agent injection scheme and intelligent recommendation of parameters,accurate control of injection process,integrated storage of whole process data and so on,design the high pressure syringe equipment,and on this basis,develop the intelligent injection system of CT contrast agent to better assist medical staff to complete the contrast agent injection process.Specific research contents are as follows:⑴The background of CT contrast agent injection is analyzed and the sign ificance of this study is proposed.This paper analyzes the research status of CT contrast agent injection from aspects of CT contrast agent injection syste m,intelligent recommendation and embedded control technology,expounds the existing problems in the current research,and explains the main research co ntent of this paper.⑵The overall scheme of CT contrast agent intelligent injection system was put forward with the aim of intelligent recommendation of injection scheme and accurate control of equipment.The field investigation of CT contrast agent injection was carried out,and the overall requirements of the system were mainly studied.Based on this,the functional modules of the system were designed and the system framework was constructed.⑶ Analyses the characteristics of CT contrast agent injection parameters,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of common reasoning methods,on the basis of the above was proposed based on BN-CBR/RBR hybrid reasoning method,this paper expounds the reasoning process,studies the rules of uncertainty reasoning with threshold rules,conditions of weighted uncertainty reasoning and case-based reasoning based on bayesian network learning and other key technologies.⑷Analyzed the working principle of the high pressure syringe equipment,combining equipment functional requirements and clinical parameters of hardware design,put forward the concept of a device,on the basis of the detailed design of the equipment,to complete the injection pump structure,the determination of control logic and microcontroller,sensors and other core parts selection.⑸On the basis of the theoretical research in this paper,the intelligent injection system of CT contrast agent is developed.The system development environment,architecture and operation process are analyzed,and the main modules such as system data integration,intelligent push of scheme and equipment control are described in detail.Finally,the system debugging process and final effect are shown.The whole process verified the feasibility of intelligent recommendation of CT contrast agent injection scheme and accurate control of domestic high pressure syringe. |
