Hydro-turbine generator unit often appear abnormal pendulum,water pressure pulsation,such as the runner blade cracking,the turbine noise,and a series of not stable operation’s phenomenon,even cause loss of life and property.Therefore,the safe and stable operation of hydro-turbine have great significance.There are various test items for the stability test of hydro-turbine.But the evaluation of the stability of hydro-turbine is usually measured by the three indicators of vibration,swing,and pressure pulsation.The off-design conditions running of hydro-turbine is a frequent state in a multi-energy complementary combined power generation system.In order to study the characteristics and laws of the vibration,swing,and pressure pulsation of the unit under each test condition,this paper station has carried out a real machine test of Yangjiawan power station.The main research work and results are as follows :1.Combined with the hydrology and engineering profile of Yangjiawan power station,and according to the test technical specifications,the monitoring points such as “ vibration swing and pressure fluctuation ” were selected and the test plan was developed.2.Vibration,swing and pressure fluctuation were carried out on the frame,and the change rules were analyzed.The operation boundary was demarcated according to the operating state of the unit when operating under partial conditions.It provides a basis for the safe and stable operation of the power station,and also provides a technical method and basis for other power stations to analyze the operating status of their hydro-turbine units and divide the operating range.3.Based on the processed test data and analyzed signals,make some graphs of typical monitoring points under typical working conditions such as the spectrum analysis graph,amplitude change trend graph,three-dimensional spectrum graph.Through spectrum analysis,the low-frequency vortex zone and high-frequency hydraulic excitation zone of the hydraulic turbine are obtained,which can provide suggestions for the safe and stable operation of the power station.4.Various reasons for the vibration of Yangjiawan power station are analyzed.And some methods to reduce or eliminate such vibrations are proposed.This has a certain significance for the study of methods to reduce or reduce the vibration,swing,and pressure pulsation,and to improve the operation stability of the water turbine. |
