Pump is a widely used mechanical equipment,often used in energy,water conservancy and other industries.our country is rich in water resources,and the water conservancy industry has a large demand for pumps,but most of the rivers in my country have high sand content.The pumps will be mixed with solid particles such as sediment in the process of transporting fluids,and the presence of sediment particles will inevitably affect Increase the vibration and noise of the centrifugal pump and increase the wear of the flow parts.Among many vane pumps,centrifugal pumps with simple structure and stable operation are often used for fluid transportation under solid-liquid two-phase flow conditions.The vane is a key component of the centrifugal pump,and its shape has a greater impact on the performance of the centrifugal pump..Therefore,in actual production applications,in order to improve the performance of the centrifugal pump,the working surface and back of the blade outlet are often filed appropriately to meet actual needs.Therefore,based on modern pump design theory,this paper establishes a three-dimensional model of a centrifugal pump.At the same time,on the basis of the original impeller model(YL1),it is proposed to file the blade outlet working surface(YL2),file the back of the blade outlet(YL3),and file the blade outlet at the same time.4 types of file repairing schemes including working face and back(YL4),repairing the file to square blade outlet(YL5),and establishing flow field calculation models for five schemes,which are steady and unsteady under the condition of clean water and solid-liquid two-phase conditions Numerical simulation of the paper,discussing the performance of the centrifugal pump under the condition of clean water and solid-liquid two-phase flow by the blade outlet of the repair file,provides a certain reference basis for the design and research of the centrifugal pump under the solid-liquid two-phase flow.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Under the conditions of clean water and solid-liquid two-phase flow,the head performance of YL3 is the best.Under the design flow,its head is increased by 1.02 m and0.61 m respectively;the efficiency of YL2 is the best,and its efficiency is increased respectively at the design flow.0.82%,0.59%.(2)Under the condition of clean water and solid-liquid two-phase flow,YL3 can expand the distribution range of the high-pressure zone and increase the energy conversion range of the centrifugal pump;YL5 can reduce the low-speed zone at the position of the tongue but increase the area near the blade outlet.High-speed area;at the same time,YL5 can reduce the intensity of turbulent kinetic energy at the entire volute channel,the position of the tongue and the volute exit,and reduce the turbulent energy dissipation.(3)Under different particle conditions,the solid particles are mainly distributed on the front cover and the back of the blade.When the particle concentration and particle diameter increase,the solid volume fraction of the back of the blade and the front cover increases,and YL3 and YL4 can improve The distribution of solid particles on the back of the blade and the front cover plate achieves the effect of reducing wear.(4)Under different particle conditions,when the particle concentration and particle diameter increase,the pressure value of each monitoring point decreases but the pressure pulsation amplitude increases;the main frequency amplitude of the pressure pulsation at each monitoring point in the volute channel follows the direction of fluid flow Decrease first and then increase;the four file repair schemes can improve the pressure pulsation inside the centrifugal pump to a certain extent,and the main frequency amplitude of the pressure pulsation of YL4 has the largest reduction rate,indicating the improvement effect of YL4 on the pressure pulsation of the centrifugal pump optimal.(5)Under different particle conditions,when the particle concentration increases,the radial force of the impeller increases;when the particle diameter increases,the radial force of the impeller changes less,but its distribution becomes disordered;in general,the radial force of the YL5 The force distribution is the smallest,and the radial force distribution of YL4 is the most uniform.
