Double-sided composite shear wall is a sandwich type semi-assembled composite shear wall structure,which is composed of prefabricated wall panels on the outside and cast-in-place concrete in the middle and connected by steel truss.In order to reduce the deadweight of precast wall panels and increase their stiffness,a new precast prestressed double-sided laminated slab shear wall structure was proposed.Referring to the advantages of self-recovery of prefabricated prestressed shear walls,this new type of composite shear wall adds horizontal prestressed steel bars in the prefabricated wall panels.In order to verify the precast prestressed double composite plate shear wall seismic performance,team has completed secondary shear span ratio,on the basis of precast prestressed composite shear wall test,increase the axial compression ratio,edge structure form,prefabricated wall reinforcement,such as multiple variables,the design and construction of the two films such as shear span ratio precast prestressed composite shear wall specimen and a piece of the cast-in-place shear wall specimen,the quasi static under low reversed cyclic loading tests,observation records composite shear wall and cast-in-place shear wall failure process,all of them,and analyzing the test data.The mechanical performance,failure mode,bearing capacity,hysteretic performance,energy dissipation capacity,ductility,stiffness and other performance indexes were compared and analyzed with the shear wall specimens completed by the research group.The test results show that the precast prestressed composite shear wall with full cast-in-place shear wall specimen are bending shear destruction,composite shear wall seismic indicators such as hysteresis curves,skeleton curves,energy dissipation,ductility index,rigidity degradation performance is good,the bearing capacity,lateral stiffness,energy dissipation in the aspects of performance is better than that of cast-in-place shear wall,show that composite shear wall has good deformation and energy dissipation capacity,can achieve the same as the full cast-in-place shear wall stress.The transverse prestressing bars in the prefabricated wall panels can obviously reduce the number of cracks in the composite shear walls and delay the occurrence time of oblique cracks,which indicates that the prestressing bars in the prefabricated wall panels have a significant inhibiting effect on the oblique cracks.There is almost no influence on the bearing capacity,shear deformation,stiffness degradation and energy consumption of the composite wall.The initial lateral stiffness of composite shear walls with concealed columns(edge structure form 2)is higher.The composite shear wall with end-column(edge structure form 1)has better energy dissipation capacity,and the two edge structure forms can guarantee the synergistic force between the cast-in-place concrete and the precast wall panels on both side. |
