Traditional manufacturing has been impacted by emerging industries.Its production efficiency is low,and it takes up more labor,which is not conducive to energy saving,emission reduction and green development,and it gradually loses market competitiveness.The machining workshop is a typical traditional manufacturing method of production.The traditional manufacturing industry is facing the test of industrial upgrading,and it is imperative to transform the workshop into intelligence and informatization.The best plan for this transformation is to produce and apply intelligent and information-based processing equipment.However,the fact is that the equipment currently used in many workshops is not a new type of equipment with these advantages,but its service life is still long.For manufacturers,the cost is too high and it is not the best choice.In order to solve this kind of workshop transformation problem,a workshop equipment operating condition monitoring system is designed.Based on the traditional workshop equipment and environment,this system is equipped to monitor the workshop equipment operating condition,making the workshop management intelligent and informative.To improve the productivity and market competitiveness of the workshop,and promote the upgrading of the manufacturing industry.This system is mainly composed of a monitoring terminal and a server,which are connected through the same workshop LAN.Each monitoring terminal is mounted on each workshop equipment and is responsible for collecting,processing and uploading the operating parameters of each equipment;the server receives the data uploaded by each monitoring terminal,sorts it and displays the information to the user on the display interface.The monitoring terminal is mainly composed of a power supply module,a sensor,a microcontroller development board,and a Wi-Fi module.The main body of the power module is a rechargeable battery,which supplies power to the overall monitoring terminal,and designs a battery power detection module to collect power information;the sensor uses the principle of electromagnetic induction to detect the three-phase power supply line of the device,and the alternating current generates a changing magnetic field and a changing magnetic field Generate induced current,and generate low-frequency analog signal through the post circuit;MCU development board includes A/D conversion module,microprocessor and serial port module,A/D conversion module converts the analog quantity of sensor and power detection module into digital quantity,The microprocessor initially processes the digital signal,and then sends it to the Wi-Fi module by the serial port module;the WiFi module establishes a connection with the server when it starts working,and then the serial port wirelessly transmits it to the server when it receives information.The server establishes a network connection with each monitoring terminal,and monitors the information uploaded by each terminal at all times.From this information,the specific data of each device and each monitoring terminal is obtained.The display interface will display it to the user,and the main interface will display the overall workshop equipment operation Status,the sub-interface will display the device type,operating status,boot time,operating time,and terminal power of the specific device.With the cooperation of the overall system,the collection,processing,uploading and display of the operating status information of the various equipment in the workshop have been completed.
