| Adaptive thermal comfort are contemporary hot issues in the field of building environment.At present,the research on adaptive thermal comfort is mainly applied to civil or office buildings while study on natural ventilated industrial buildings is less investigated.The envelope design of industrial buildings which has been limited to the requirements of production and transportation is relatively simple,and because of the coupling of single design factors,indoor light and heat environment become more complex.Taking the long-span single-layer factory within the hot summer and cold winter zoned(HSCW)of China as an example,through literature exploring and numerical modeling,this article optimizes the indoor lighting and thermal environment to get the influence of skylight,window-wall ratio,sunshading board on adaptive thermal comfort.The primary contents of this article are as follows:For industrial factory in HSCW zone of China,the key to improve adaptive thermal comfort is solar prevention in summer.Controlling skylight area ratio and glazing ratio has a positive effect on improving indoor thermal comfort,but the former has greater impact.The selection of skylight area needs to satisfy indoor illumination standard and the proportion of comfortable illumination,so as to get a better option that both consider lighting and heat shielding.Based on the building dynamic heat transfer model,the window-wall ratio of a single design facade was taken as the only variable,and the thermal comfort effects of the window-wall ratio with different orientations were obtained throughout the year,as well as in winter and summer.For east-west buildings,reducing the west facade window-wall ratio has a significant effect on improving indoor thermal comfort,while for south-north buildings,south window-wall ratio increases and appropriate shading on the west is more economical and effective.The optimization of design parameters such as forms of fenestration,window opening approach and sunshading plays a positive role in indoor thermal comfort.By analyzing the lighting,thermal comfort and ventilation potential of common form of fenestration,the different characteristics and application scenarios are obtained.The shading approach and the size of sunscreen can be determined by facade solar radiation analysis.Though the environmental simulation of the new factory in Zhuji city,this article discusses the design process of improving the annual light and heat comfort of large-span single-layer industrial factory,these specific measures about envelope design also can provide reference for the optimization of similar buildings. |
