As the basic unit of production activities in the workshop,the staffs have subjective initiative and high degree of uncertainty.Thus,it is difficult to obtain the imformation about the quantity and location of staff in the digital twin workshop,especially in the manufacture of dangerous military products.For the sake of security,there are strict limits on the number of staffs in the workshop and the density of staffs in specific assembly areas.Based on the urgent need of real production,a rapid construction method of the macro behavior human model in digital twin workshop was proposed,which includes the pedestrian detection technology,the multiple object tracking technology,the construction method of digital twin model system.In detection module,dense connection network was used as the backbone to extract human body features,and recursice pyramid network was introduced for feature fusion,spatial adaptive network structure is used to solve the detection problem of different working patterns of personnel in workshop so as to obtain the quantity and location imformation of people in the input image.In tracking module,siamese network and human apparent model was combined with Kalman filter to slove the problem that the counting of staff was inaccurate and unstable caused by worker disappear temporarily.At the same time the movement speed and trace of workshop personnel can also be calculated.The digital twin model system can visualize the quantity and location imformation of staff in the workshop,which can provide early warning,alarm,inquiry of violations in the workshop to assist managers in making production decisions.We also designed the workshop staff digital twin model software system.The number and location of staff in the workshop can be visualized.The system can provide the workshop irregularities early warning,alarm,query,and other functions,support the safety in production.The system has been running stably in the final assembly workshop of a certain institute of Aerospace Science and Industry for more than two years with good operation effect.
