Urban surface construction(construction)is dense,and various underground pip elines are intertwined vertically.The construction of top-tube cable tunnels in the city will inevitably encounter near-connected construction problems.Top-in construction will cause different degrees of disturbance to existing structures and underground pip elines around them,which in serious cases will lead to construction(construction)an d underground pipelines.Construction disasters such as harmful deformation,structur al cracking,joint unopening and leakage affect their normal use.To solve this practica l problem of this project,based on the topic of "Research on the construction disturba nce control and safety protection distance of top-tube cable tunnels in soft clay areas",this paper carries out research on the disturbance law and safety distance of rectangul ar top pipe cable tunnels in the soft soil layer through theoretical analysis,numerical s imulation and other technical means.The resaerch results mainly include the followin g aspects:(1)When constructing a single rectangular top pipe cable tunnel,start from three factors: different buried depths,different sizes and elastic modulus of new rectangula r top pipe cable tunnels,and study the law of surface settlement under different constr uction conditions,and it is concluded that the shallower the buried depth of the tunnel,the larger the surface settlement;the larger the tunnel size,the larger the surface settl ement;the smaller the elastic modulus of the soil,the larger the surface settlement;(2)Starting from three factors: the existing underground flexible pipeline diamet er,the new rectangular top pipe cable tunnel size and the net distance between the tw o pipes,the disturbance deformation law of the rectangular top pipe cable tunnel cons truction is studied.It is concluded that the larger the diameter of the existing undergro und flexible pipeline,the easier it is to destroy the existing pipeline;the larger the tun nel size,the easier the existing pipelines to be destroyed;the smaller the net distance between the two pipes,the easier it is to be damaged by the existing pipelines;and the safety protection distance of the existing flexible pipelines through different surface s ettlement effects.(3)Starting from three factors: the existing underground rigid pipe material,the diameter of the newly built rectangular top pipe cable and the net distance between the two pipes,the disturbance and deformation law of the construction of the rectangu lar top pipe cable tunnel is studied,and it is concluded that the larger the tunnel size,t he easier the rigid pipeline will be destroyed;the smaller the net distance between the two pipes,the easier the rigid pipelines to be damaged;and the safety protection dista nce of the existing rigid pipelines is proposed through different surface settlement eff ects.(4)Starting from three factors: different sizes,different buried depths and raft fo undation clearance of new rectangular top pipe cable tunnels,the disturbance law of r ectangular top pipe cable tunnel construction to adjacent shallow foundation is studie d,and it is concluded that the larger the tunnel size,the greater the disturbance to shal low foundation;the shallower the tunnel buried depth,the greater the disturbance to t he shallow foundation;the smaller the net distance between the tunnel and foundation and the larger the shallow foundation disturbance;and the existing shallow foundatio n security protection distance of 2.1m-6m is obtained through different surface subsidence effects. |
