Automobile air conditioner clutch rubber sucker is an important component of compressor,which plays an important role in the use of automobile air conditioner.The runout amount and the step difference are the required dimensions of the suction cup.The error will affect the assembly and use performance of the automobile air-conditioning compressor during operation.At present,the domestic measurement of sucker runout and segment difference is mainly a combination of manual deflection and semi-automatic detection equipment,which cannot achieve online detection,lower reliability and efficiency.In order to ensure product quality and production efficiency,improve online detection accuracy and achieve data Retrospectively,this article has carried out research on on-line inspection technology of automobile air-conditioning rubber suction cups,and developed a multi-specification on-line inspection system for automobile airconditioning rubber suction cups.The system can complete high-precision on-line detection of step difference and runout.Through Ethernet/IP communication,it can realize the functions of production line detection,data analysis,management,and monitoring,which can improve product production quality and efficiency while reducing operator staff.The main research contents of the paper are as follows:First,the overall scheme of the online detection system is designed.Based on the introduction of rubber sucker parts and processing technology,the detection indicators and research contents of the online detection system are proposed.Using the analysis method of the measurement system,the accuracy index of the step and runout detection is proposed.Based on the specific conditions such as detection accuracy,tempo,and working space,a dual-station detection station is designed,and an online detection process is determined.Secondly,the research and development of step difference,beating double-station detection station.The detailed design and implementation of mechanical systems such as the step difference detection device,runout detection device,and transmission module have been completed.Optimized the detection cycle and completed the research and development of the control system for the two-station detection station.Completed the preparation of a complete set of software for measurement data acquisition,communication,analysis,storage,and display of the two-station detection station.Finally,the experimental study of the rubber suction cup segment difference and runout of automobile air conditioner clutch is carried out.The measurement error model and error acceptance criteria were determined,and performance experiments such as stability,reproducibility,and bias of the dual-station detection system for step difference and runout were completed.Experiments on step difference,runout detection,and software system performance testing were completed.The experimental results are analyzed and discussed,and the feasibility and stability of the online automatic detection system for rubber suction cups of automobile air conditioners are verified,and corresponding conclusions are drawn. |
