| Modern ship communication aims at safety,efficiency and intelligence.Its development trend is mainly embodied in the integration of ship-shore communication,ship-shore management,intelligent ship monitoring and emergency disposal automation,which ensures smoother communication and safer ship navigation.Faced with the high standard of management,monitoring and security requirements,all the land business authorities have realized the integrated system of shore ship management,and the communication between land and ocean ships has been rapidly integrated.However,this leads to the disorderly competition of limited satellite communication bandwidth resources by many application software,which is easy to cause slow information transmission speed,large redundancy,low efficiency and poor stability.So that is unable to meet the business requirements.Problems such as the use needs of the competent units,the use and maintenance units and the vast number of employees and users,etc.Therefore,this paper puts forward a general design and implementation method of synchronous information transmission system for shore ships,which can effectively integrate all kinds of ship application software,improve ship communication efficiency and reduce ship operation cost.A typical application demonstration study has been carried out in the construction of an integrated platform for the construction of government organs,which can solve the relative lag in the development of information technology for data acquisition and evaluation of government organs in our department.And it also solves the achieve effective synchronization with ship information.Firstly,this paper designs the data synchronization model.On this basis,it gives the overall framework of the general shore ship information transmission synchronization system,including the presentation layer,application layer,component layer,data layer,basic software layer and hardware network layer.Secondly,the database,interface and information transmission strategy of the general shore ship information transmission synchronization system are studied,and the realization of the general shore ship information transmission synchronization system is discussed in detail from two aspects of the central main system and terminal subsystem.Finally,the typical application demonstration research of the general shore ship information transmission synchronization system is carried out in the construction of the integrated platform of the organ construction,and the test and verification are carried out.The test results show that the general synchronization system of shore ship information transmission is effective and has good application prospects. |
