| Nowadays,the most widely used incentive means of listed companies is equity incentive,whose main goal is to retain and encourage core employees.It generally provides part of shareholders’ equity to employees,but the equity is attached with certain conditions.In this way,the interests between employees and shareholders are combined,and the employees are encouraged to work harder so as to obtain profits.With the increasing number of companies implementing equity incentive every year,China’s equity incentive has entered a golden stage.However,the result of its implementation is worth our deep thinking.Equity incentive plays a positive role in some companies,but it is counterproductive in some companies.Therefore,it is valuable to explore the influence mechanism of equity incentive on enterprise performance.This paper uses a variety of analysis methods,such as case and literature analysis,to make human capital and incentive theory as an important basis for equity incentive.The selected case analysis object is Haier company,this paper summarizes its operation status,studies the main reasons for its current equity incentive,and expounds the implementation results and core contents of equity incentive in each stage.The paper studies the non-financial and financial effects of each implementation of equity incentive.The research on financial effect focuses on the ability of development and debt repayment,operation and profitability;the research on non-financial effect focuses on employee liquidity,product market share,stock price return and many other aspects,product market share and personnel liquidity.Through this case study,summarize the impact of Haier’s equity incentive implementation plan;At the same time,the horizontal financial performance comparison analysis was conducted with Gree Electric Appliances and Hisense Kelon,two enterprises that implemented equity incentive,and Chunlan and Shenkangjia,two enterprises that did not implement equity incentive.The conclusion is that equity incentive is an important way to stabilize outstanding talents,thus we know that the main means to promote the stability of talents and the best way to improve and perfect the corporate governance structure are equity incentive.At the same time,it provides some enlightenment for other enterprises in the same industry,including reasonable design of equity incentive factors to improve the company’s performance;The establishment of interest community is conducive to the realization of the goal of equity incentive;Perfecting enterprise information disclosure system is the guarantee of equity incentive. |
